Terms of Service for Commission Art
1. General Terms
All commissioned artwork is for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed upon.The artist retains full rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to post it on social media, use it in their portfolio, or reproduce it for commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.The client may not claim the artwork as their own or remove the artist's signature.2. Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required upfront, when the Sketch is approved, before the artist begins to render the commission.The remaining balance is due upon completion of the artwork.Payments are accepted through PayPal.3. Revisions
The client is entitled to 2 revisions during the sketch phase. Any additional revisions will incur an extra fee.Revisions are not allowed once the final artwork is approved.4. Deadlines and Delivery
The estimated completion time for the commission is 2 weeks.The final artwork will be delivered in PNG via email.If the artist cannot meet the deadline due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be notified and provided with a new estimated completion date.5. Refunds and Cancellations
If the client cancels the commission before work has begun, a full refund will be provided.If the client cancels the commission after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable.No refunds will be provided once the final artwork is delivered.6. Copyright and Usage
The artist retains all copyrights to the commissioned artwork.The client may use the artwork for personal purposes, such as printing, social media profiles, or private collections.The client may not reproduce, sell, or redistribute the artwork for commercial purposes without the artist's written consent.7. Communication
All communication regarding the commission should be conducted through Discord or email.8. Agreement
By commissioning the artist, the client agrees to the terms outlined above.
